The Senior Analyst, Licensing (8-month temporary role) in São Paulo, Brazil, will supervise over 20 licensees and prospects in the Food & Diapers segments. Responsibilities include developing strong licensee and retailer relationships, negotiating contracts, recommending product mixes, and collaborating with various departments (Finance, Marketing, Retail, Product Development). The role involves identifying and prospecting key business partners for consumables, particularly focusing on the Health & Living pillar and promotional windows. The analyst will guide a coordinator, overseeing marketing and retail demands to maximize business strategy and supervise product initiatives, promotions, and advertising to boost sales. Experience in retail, marketing, or sales is required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.

The temporary Sr. Analyst, Licensing (Temp. Role 8 months) will be full-time focused on supervising current business as well as prospecting new partners according to the category´s strategy. Great interface with the main areas of the company: Finance, Marketing, Retail, Product development, GBC and DASP.

The Senior Analyst, Licensing (Temp. Role 8 months) will be responsible for:

  • Supervise more than 20 licensees and prospects including Food & Diapers segments . Develop strong relationships with licensees and key retailers to maximize commercial and franchise opportunities. Main activities: negotiation, contract renewal, product mix recommendation, licensee’s relationship with PDs, Marketing, and Retail.
  • Ensure negotiations on time and according to category and needle movers strategy.
  • Identify and prospect key business partners for Consumables. DASP will be a strategical interface area to work together and bring new business mainly for Food considering Health & Living Pillar & Promotional windows.
  • Guide the coordinator in marketing and retail demands to maximize licensee’s participation and business strategy. Supervises specific product initiatives, promotions, trade and consumer advertising, public relations and in store events designed to maximize sell-in and sell-out of products.
  • Leadership to supervise the coordinator in the segment.

The Analyst, Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • At least 2 yrs. experience in Retail as a buyer, Marketing or Sales in industries
  • Preferred industry experience in Retail, specifically Hardlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Intermediate level of Spanish.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Negotiation & Communication skills, organized and experience on performance analysis.
