This position is responsible for civil engineering design, analysis, and calculation for large or highly complex site/area development projects, requiring advanced professional technical skills in hydrology/water conservancy. The role operates independently, serving as a technical expert in theme park civil engineering design, organizing project design standards, estimates, and plans. It involves providing technical guidance, monitoring work progress, ensuring technical quality, cross-disciplinary coordination, and compliance with department standards, as well as reviewing work and resolving on-site issues.

- Responsible for civil engineering design, analysis, and calculation for site development projects.
- Organize and develop project design standards, estimates, and work plans.
- Provide administrative and technical guidance to engineers, designers, and consultants.
- Supervise work progress to ensure technical quality and cross-disciplinary coordination.
- Monitor work execution against project design schedule, budget, and earned value.
- Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, and specifications.
- Conduct peer reviews of work products from other department members.
- Familiarity with Disney Imagineering (WDI) design standards.
- Answer questions during construction bidding and resolve on-site issues.
- Hold a professional registration certificate in civil or structural/geotechnical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 years of civil/structural/geotechnical engineering work experience.
- Experience in preparing and using design drawings and specifications for large projects.
- Design experience in outdoor engineering systems, site leveling, drainage, and underground pipelines.
- Construction phase experience, familiar with submittal/shop drawing review and on-site inspection.
- Experience with statutory declarations and communication with government departments.
- Engineering design and analysis experience in drainage, site slope, underground pipelines, and site leveling.
- Extensive knowledge of structural engineering disciplines, industry practices, and codes.
- Extensive knowledge of CAD, Civil 3D design techniques, and BIM technology (Revit).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in managing engineering consultants to advance design delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and designers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
