A Day in the Life:
As the Sr. HR Manager you will leverage your strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity to bring valuable data driven insights to the team and business. You will provide strategic management and coaching to our HR team, and leaders to drive and support our business mission, vision and values. You will shape our People strategies, and help lead our efforts to build and deploy programs, tools and resources that facilitate efficiency and impact to our business. You will operate as a role model and culture carrier. Must be willing to travel and work unique hours to collaborate with global team members.

You are a multi-faceted, solutions focused operator with a high bias to action to enable business success.

Understand our strategy, business initiatives and business model including our subsidiary organizations in which you will provide partnership.

Provide strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to executives on people management aspects of their business including organizational design, headcount planning, talent strategy, internal mobility, career development, engagement, total rewards and recognition.

Direct the development and implementation of global workforce planning strategies, leveraging data on budget, revenue, and product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate cross functionally within People and our G&A functions to ensure a feasible, pro-active workforce plan is in place and well executed.

Provide guidance to managers on implementation and execution of performance management and coaching including how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues including employee investigations.

Lead client groups through HR-related initiatives (performance management, compensation planning, talent development).

Collaborate and consult on the design and delivery of HR programs with the centers of excellence within the People team including Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) People Operations, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to deliver effective solutions to the business.

Act as the advocate for leading the talent management and development plans for client business units with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders and managers, building skills and capabilities of the workforce and ensuring succession bench strength.

Develop and monitor key business metrics. Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Partner to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance while effectively navigating business practicality and common sense.

Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for simplicity, innovation, automation and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
-
10+ years experience in HR function(s) with progressive success as a strategic HR business partner/manager with a strong working knowledge of all key functional people areas including workforce planning/talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development and operations.

Global HR experience with a proven track record of delivering people programs that drive successful business results.
-
Collaborative, strategic, roll up your sleeves/hands-on results oriented leader and team player who thrives on helping others meet their goals.
-
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing HRBP individuals and teams.
-
Expert knowledge of U.S. and global employment laws and best practices.
-
Successful track record of working with and influencing all employee levels including executive level leadership in a global, fast-paced technology organization with both technical and non-technical teams.

Business minded, results oriented mentality. Demonstrates strong business acumen, high standards, good judgment, takes initiative and ownership to enable outcomes that are optimal for the company.

Ability to lead with data including how to interpret, understand and communicate meaning of data to the business to set strategy and direction.

Must be well versed in using HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse) as well as Google Sheets, Excel and similar programs.

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.

A strategic problem solver with a solution mindset. You have the ability to look at a problem from multiple perspectives and adjust your approach based on new information.

Provide employees with responsive, high-quality guidance and counsel on HR services, policies and activities.
