As a Senior Product Manager at Gigamon, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategy for the configuration experience of the Fabric Manager product. Must Have
- Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for Fabric Manager configuration experience.

- Lead the release planning process from initial planning through to delivery.
- Serve as an advocate for Gigamon’s business and value proposition.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a distributed team.
- 15+ years of product management experience building GUI/UI enterprise products in the networking domain.
- Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and Asana.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams across multiple time zones.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the configuration experience for our Fabric Manager product. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with a global R&D team to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions in the networking space. Your expertise in product management and UI/GUI design will drive the development of features that delight customers and differentiate the company in the market. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, roadmap, and execution, making a significant impact on both our customers and business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the configuration experience within Fabric Manager, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Build deep customer intimacy by understanding pain points and translating them into actionable use cases and product requirements.
- Write clear, concise, and complete requirements, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product direction and maintain a leading edge.
- Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap communication across internal teams and external partners, including customers and channel partners.
- Lead the release planning process from initial planning through to delivery.
- Serve as an advocate for the business and value proposition within the organization and to the broader market.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a distributed team, with key focus areas in California and India.
What you’ve done:
- 15+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of building GUI/UI enterprise products in the networking domain.
- Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and Asana.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from launch through iteration to end-of-sale, end-of-life, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Portfolio of past work (e.g., product links, videos) is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business requirements effectively.
- Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams across multiple time zones.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role, based at the Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office, is $208,000 to $260,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to the terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices
