Job Summary

Must Have

- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, including 5G, 6G, AI/ML, edge computing, Open RAN, and private 5G.
- Lead the release planning process from initial planning through to delivery.
- Serve as an advocate for Gigamon’s business and value proposition with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Work effectively within a global team, with key collaboration points in California and India.
- 15+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on telecom solutions for 5G, 6G, and broadband networks.
- Demonstrated expertise in the full product lifecycle, from launch through iteration to end-of-life and support.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Asana.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven ability to translate customer pain points into well-defined requirements and communicate needs at both technical and business levels.
- Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration in a global, multi-time-zone environment.

As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Telecom Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and roadmap for telecom offerings. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with a global R&D team to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of mobile, broadband, and fixed wireless networks. Your expertise will drive the identification of market opportunities, the translation of customer needs into actionable plans, and the delivery of value-added functionality for our customers. This role offers the opportunity to influence both internal and external stakeholders and to make a significant impact on the product portfolio in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
What you’ll do:

What you’ve done:
- 15+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on telecom solutions for 5G, 6G, and broadband networks.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role, based at Santa Clara, CA, Headquarters office, is $208,000 to $260,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to the terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices
