Job Summary
As a Senior Program Manager at SIE, you will be responsible for end-to-end program management of PlayStation hardware (consoles and peripherals) development, including the software features embedded within them, from conception to market launch. This role requires a broad understanding of both hardware and software development processes, leading global teams. Responsibilities include risk management, stakeholder management, communication management, and market launch. You will drive the program from planning and development progress tracking to reporting, process creation, and market release. The role demands proactive problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and collaboration with various development teams, PMOs, and international colleagues in the US and UK. The position involves frequent use of English, potential for international travel, and flexibility in work arrangements (remote/onsite).
Must Have
- 5+ years program management experience
- Hardware development program management experience
- Managing multiple teams, reporting at project/company level
- Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, PPT, etc.
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Experience working with international teams
Good to Have
- Server-client system understanding
- Network service and application knowledge
- Programming experience
- PMP certification
- Organizational management experience
- International work experience

・ハードウェア（PlayStaionコンソールやその周辺機器に類する製品）開発プログラム（プロジェクト）のプログラム（プロジェクト）マネジメント担当経験。
・多くのチームを束ねて進捗を管理し、プロジェクト全体あるいは全社レベルでのプロジェクト報告などの担当経験。
・Confluence, JIRA Dashboard, PPTなど各種ツールを使用して状況をうまく可視化できるスキル。
・情報を繋げて理解し、そこから課題を発見し解決できるスキル。
・海外メンバと協業で働いた経験。
【歓迎（WANT）】
・サーバクライアントシステムに関する理解。
・ネットワークサービス、アプリケーション全般に関する知識。
・言語問わず、何かしらのプログラム開発経験。
・PMP (project management professional certification) 保持。
・組織マネジメント経験。
・海外勤務経験。
