Job Summary
As a Working Student in Office Management, you will support the team and management as a central point of contact for employees, suppliers, and guests. You will ensure smooth office operations and a comfortable environment. Your responsibilities include office and organizational tasks like managing supplies, administrative duties such as mail processing, and supporting event and room organization. You should be an enrolled student with initial office management experience, strong organizational skills, and fluent communication in German and English.
Must Have
- Support ordering and administration of office materials
- Ensure smooth daily operations and solve small challenges
- Identify and implement optimization potentials (e.g., restructuring office materials)
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage and issue keys
- Support People & Culture Team in planning team events, company parties, internal meetings
- Maintain and design the office, including decoration
- Organize team kitchen duty and correspond with cleaning company

As a working student in Office Management, you support our team and management as a central point of contact in the house; for employees, suppliers, and guests. You contribute to ensuring that our office processes run smoothly and that the office is a place where everyone feels comfortable. Sounds good? IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Office and Organizational Tasks
- Support in ordering and administration of office materials and business supplies
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and quickly solving small challenges, because you like to get hands-on!
- Identifying optimization potentials and independently implementing improvements, e.g., restructuring office materials
Administrative Activities
- Mail processing (incoming and outgoing)
- Management and issuance of keys
Event and Room Organization
- Support the People & Culture Team in planning and organizing team events, company parties, or internal meetings
- Maintenance and design of our Office, including decoration
- Organization of team kitchen duty and correspondence with our cleaning company
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
- You are an enrolled student at a state-recognized university
- You possess commitment, are proactive, and have a hands-on mentality
- You already have initial experience in office management and know what tasks arise in the office
- You have strong organizational skills and independently recognize which tasks and topics require attention
- You are communicative - open and honest - and enjoy interacting with people
- You can communicate fluently in both German and English, both orally and in writing
