In this role, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of complex digital advertising campaigns for our client, a leading financial services company. You’ll combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to drive data-driven media performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in managing multiple campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and driving process improvements.
Senior Programmatic Associate Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns using manual and AI-enabled methods.
- Conduct QA of campaign setups, workflows, bidding strategies, and dynamic creative optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, interpret AI-driven insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across multiple initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery and performance issues.
- Drive workflow automation and reporting enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior associates in campaign management and optimization best practices.
- Ensure compliance with brand, privacy, and platform policies.
- Stay current with programmatic trends, platform innovations, and best practices.
Senior Programmatic Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience managing paid media or programmatic campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and CM360, as well as ad delivery and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI copilots, automation dashboards, and campaign setup tools.
- Advanced understanding of data feeds, APIs, and ad reporting systems.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Certifications in programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) (preferred).
