Job Summary

Onward Search is seeking an Amazon Account Analyst for a hybrid, full-time role in Fairfield, Connecticut, with a leading children's manufacturer. Joining the E-Commerce team, you will manage Amazon Vendor Central and wholesale accounts, handling product setup, reporting, chargeback monitoring, and sales support. This position requires two days onsite per week.

Must Have

  • Manage daily operations of Amazon Vendor Central account
  • Support new product launches, ASIN creation, and catalog updates
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS)
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist in managing Amazon Advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve product content
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations, SEO, and content optimization best practices

We’re hiring an Amazon Account Analyst for a hybrid role in Fairfield, Connecticut. This is a full-time opportunity with a leading children's manufacturer. In this role, you’ll join the E-Commerce team to support Amazon Vendor Central and wholesale accounts with responsibilities spanning product setup, reporting, chargeback monitoring, and sales support.

The position requires two days onsite per week in Fairfield, CT.

Amazon Account Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Amazon Vendor Central account, ensuring accurate and compliant product listings.
  • Support new product launches, ASIN creation, and catalog updates.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in managing Amazon Advertising campaigns through keyword research and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve product content and enhance brand presentation.

Amazon Account Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
