In this role, you’ll join the Marketing Operations team at our client, a leading streaming company. You will be responsible for managing artwork and content assets that appear across the client's platform. You’ll audit titles, track artwork status, assign tasks, and ensure all creative materials meet quality standards before publishing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Content Asset Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfill content deliveries to partners and clients.
- Oversee artwork orders, schedules, and approvals across business tools like Airtable and Slack.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues, bugs, and asset management workflows.
- Track title and artwork progress across multiple systems and maintain organized records.
Content Asset Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of production experience (agency or network preferred).
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital asset management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in CMS, Excel, Google Drive, and Mac OS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
