Job Summary

Onward Search is hiring a Content Asset Manager for a hybrid, one-year contract role in Santa Monica, California. This position is within the Marketing Operations team of a leading streaming company. The manager will oversee artwork and content assets across the client's platform, auditing titles, tracking artwork status, assigning tasks, and ensuring creative materials meet quality standards before publishing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must Have

  • Manage and fulfill content deliveries to partners and clients.
  • Oversee artwork orders, schedules, and approvals across business tools like Airtable and Slack.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues, bugs, and asset management workflows.
  • Track title and artwork progress across multiple systems and maintain organized records.
  • 5+ years of production experience.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital asset management systems.
  • Skilled in CMS, Excel, Google Drive, and Mac OS.

Good to Have

  • Agency or network experience preferred.

  • Skilled in CMS, Excel, Google Drive, and Mac OS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
