Onward Search is seeking a North America Regional Consultant for a fully remote contract role. This position involves supporting HR Services strategy and delivery across North America, partnering with global and regional HR teams to optimize processes, drive operational excellence, and enhance the employee experience. Key responsibilities include leading HR lifecycle operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within a remote environment.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver HR programs and annual cycles.
  • Implement HR technology enhancements aligned with regional requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR services team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimize HR service delivery.
  • Collaborate to meet service level performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and distributed teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and distributed teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
