North America Regional Consultant

A specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Regional Consultant to support HR Services strategy and delivery across the North America region. This is a fully remote contract opportunity.

In this role, you will partner with global and regional HR teams to optimize HR processes, drive operational excellence, and deliver a seamless employee experience. You’ll lead HR lifecycle operations, ensure compliance, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration, all within a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR services operations across the region to create an efficient, positive experience for employees and managers.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration.
• Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation.
• Maintain accuracy of HR data across Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow.
• Handle colleague and manager inquiries and HR documentation.
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver HR programs and annual cycles.
• Implement HR technology enhancements aligned with regional requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR services team.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize HR service delivery.
• Collaborate to meet service level performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or administration.
• 5+ years of management experience (remote leadership preferred).
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and automation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and distributed teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
