Onward Search is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a hybrid contract role in Los Angeles, CA. This fast-paced, high-volume position involves managing complex scheduling, interview logistics, and ad-hoc coordination for the Talent Acquisition team. The role requires providing a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience through quality communication, attention to detail, and task prioritization, ensuring all service-level agreements are met.

Must Have:
  • Take full ownership of the coordination process for both virtual and in-person interviews
  • Manage scheduling logistics, calendars, and candidate documentation with precision and speed
  • Oversee a pipeline of assigned interviews while maintaining accurate and timely data in candidate tracking tools
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates—answering questions, communicating updates, and ensuring a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience
  • Build trusted partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by providing clear, consistent, and proactive communication
  • Approach every interaction with a service mindset and a focus on creating a seamless experience for all stakeholders
  • Effectively manage competing priorities and support multiple team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, a solution-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to improving processes and execution
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on recruiting coordination processes
  • Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, and best practices to administrative staff and cross-functional partners
  • Handle sensitive candidate and company information with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team on administrative tasks, systems support, and inquiries related to TA policies and procedures to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • 3+ years of relevant administrative and/or coordination experience

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll manage complex scheduling, interview logistics, and ad-hoc coordination to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will provide a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience by combining quality communication, attention to detail, and an ability to properly prioritize tasks assigned to you. You are expected to deliver work that meets all established service-level agreements (SLAs) with our stakeholders and candidates, and to take ownership of your outcomes. Success in this role means staying proactive, maintaining strong attention to detail, and balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the candidate and stakeholder experience.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant administrative and/or coordination experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in Google Office Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets (or their Microsoft counterparts).
  • Experience with scheduling in Greenhouse ATS (preferred).
