This role at Haleon involves formulating and implementing regional retail broad market strategies, developing and managing the retail broad market, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for end customers. The Sr. Sales Supervisor will support key commercial customer growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance market control. Key responsibilities include planning broad retail business in Guangdong Eastern, managing distributors, promoting retail projects, maintaining communication with key chain stores and wholesale channels, and developing long-term strategic partnerships to expand market share and influence.

  • Strong sales, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coach personnel.

Job Details

About the role

  • According to the company's overall policy, reasonably formulate and implement retail broad market strategies within the region.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of the retail broad market in the assigned area, and the effective execution of sales strategies for end customers within the assigned area.
  • Support the business development and growth of key commercial customers in the assigned area, in line with the company's plans.
  • Achieve the company's product sales targets for key customers, increase market share, and enhance control over key retail terminal markets in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the broad retail business planning and achievement in the Guangdong Eastern region.
  • Through the management of distributors in the jurisdiction, complete the company's sales management indicators and ensure their achievement. Responsible for promoting broad retail projects for project distributors, including advancing annual agreement achievement, product distribution, and market activity execution.
  • Responsible for daily communication and maintenance with key chain stores and large single stores within the jurisdiction, and exploring in-store business opportunities.
  • Responsible for communication with wholesale businesses and channel consolidation within the jurisdiction.
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of broad retail customers in the assigned area, including increasing market share, brand penetration, new product distribution and growth, value chain maintenance, sales channel consolidation, market activity execution, sales data analysis, market information collection and feedback, continuously expanding the company's product market share, brand visibility, and influence at the terminal, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Maintain close coordination and cooperation with company headquarters and relevant regional functional departments, actively promoting healthy and sustainable business development.
  • Communicate with regional customer headquarters and branches, maintain good customer cooperation relationships, manage the profitability of customers in the assigned area (including contract terms execution, cost control, and promotion evaluation), and regularly review business with customer business departments.

Requirements

  • College degree or above, medicine, marketing or related major.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or consumer product sales experience, key account management experience and channel management experience.
  • Familiar with the company's products and competitive market conditions and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Master the working links and operational characteristics of commercial channel sales, and possess certain supply chain management knowledge.
  • Proficient in computer operation and common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), etc.

  • Basic sales skills.
  • Good language expression and communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and market analysis skills.
  • Personnel coaching ability.
