As a Sr. Specialist, you will review marketing materials for compliance with brand standards, collaborate with your team and customers, and perform website functionality checks. You will also perform quality control checks for other’s work and provide appropriate feedback to them. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review marketing materials against an established set of guidelines and brand standards, enter results into database, and communicate results of the review to advertisers
- Participate in team collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions
- Provide ongoing feedback, both internally as well as proactively communicating status and recommendations to customers
- Perform website functionality checks
- Perform quality control checks on own work (self-QC) and take accountability for individual quality and productivity
- Support in mentoring and training peers to increase program and platform knowledge and to improve quality
- Able to flex up or down in job responsibilities when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing or related field
- 4-5 years marketing or advertising experience or in a related field
- Some remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Established technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sound attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to organize work, multitask and meet deadlines
- Exceptional ability to work within a team environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- A natural curiosity and eager desire to learn
