Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Systems Administrator to provide technical support and Windows administration for our enterprise server environment. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of production servers, operating systems, and systems management components. You will be part of a collaborative team that serves as a primary escalation point for complex technical issues and contributes to the design and implementation of optimized server solutions.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure applications (messaging, database, intranet/internet communications).
  • Expertise in server technologies (DHCP, DNS, LDAP).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, .NET, and modern scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience automating support for large server deployments.
  • Familiarity with IIS.
Must Have:
  • Administer and support Microsoft Windows-based servers for internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to analyze current environments and implement optimized server solutions.
  • Provide global support for core Active Directory services (AD, DNS, DHCP, PKI, GPOs, etc.).
  • Monitor and document infrastructure performance across messaging, middleware, and collaborative platforms.
  • Assist in developing hardware/software cost models and present findings to management.
  • Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of hardware, OS, and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, security policies, backups, and recovery processes.
  • Respond to customer change requests and resolve problem tickets, including after-hours support.
  • Follow strict change control procedures.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a primary support role managing a large Windows server network (50+ servers).
  • Proficiency with Windows Server 2022, 2019, and 2016.
  • Extensive experience with Active Directory, including setup and implementation.
  • Familiarity with supporting Entra ID.
  • Ability to work in a CLT contract.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
  • Experience with Citrix Server or VMware ESX Server.
