Gameloft Hanoi is seeking a Studio Community Intern to gain first-hand experience in community management for a leading game developer. Under the supervision of the SEA Studio Community Manager, this role involves content planning, publishing, moderation, and reporting for the Studio's social media channels. The intern will collaborate with PR & Communications and Studio Management teams, playing a key role in enhancing Gameloft Hanoi's social media presence both locally and internationally.
Must Have:
  • Define the content plan for Studio social media channels and networks.
  • Publish content on Studio social media channels weekly.
  • Identify content opportunities in collaboration with Studio stakeholders.
  • Actively moderate Studio social media channels using management tools.
  • Report monthly on community performance KPIs.
  • Develop engagement tactics for organic resonance of social media content.
  • Keep Studio social media channels safe.
  • Build on community response bible, addressing new topics and aligning canned responses.
  • Support the Studio’s social media and community strategy through benchmarking and creative ideation.

Under the supervision of the SEA Studio Community Manager, this internship will give you first-hand experience in community management for a leading game developer in the region; from content planning, publishing, & moderation, to reporting.

In this program you will work closely with the PR & Communications teams, Studio Management teams, & play a key role in the Gameloft Hanoi’s exposure on social media in Vietnam & internationally.

Main Responsibilities:

Content planning & publishing – 40%:

  • Defining the content plan for the Studio social media channels & networks, under the supervision of the SEA Studio Community Manager.
  • Publishing content on the Studio social media channels: ensuring a steady flow of approved content on a weekly basis.
  • Identifying content opportunities for the Studio, in collaboration with Studio stakeholders such as the PR & Communications team & Studio Management teams.

Community Moderation, proactive engagement & reporting – 40%:

  • Actively moderate the Studio social media channels, using the social media management tools provided.
  • Reporting on a monthly basis the community performance KPIs: content & channel performance.
  • Developing engagement tactics to encourage the organic resonance of the Studio’s social media content & community activities.
  • Keeping the Studio social media channels as safe as possible: by utilizing the processes/tools/guidelines at hand.
  • Building on community response bible, making sure that new topics are addressed & that canned responses are in line with the Studio & Global communications guidelines.

Social Media strategy support – 20%:

  • Supporting the Studio’s social media & community strategy, through benchmarking & creative ideation, with the guidance of the SEA Studio Community Manager, & Studio PR & Communications team.
