Job Description

This internship role involves managing orders using SAP and other tools, performing configuration screening, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders within Philips. The intern will also be responsible for reporting, monitoring, and controlling the order book, and continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines. Must Have:
  • Student of at least 2nd year of studies
  • Able to work 30-40h/ week
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SAP

Your role:

  • Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
  • Performing configuration screening
  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips)
  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner
  • Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies
  • You are able to work 30-40h/ week
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You have a basic knowledge of Excel and SAP

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
