Job Summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator to manage subcontracts and purchase orders from pre-award solicitation to closeout. This role involves supplier selection, price negotiation, schedule management, and terms and conditions administration. The successful candidate will also generate and maintain Internal Work Transfer Authorizations (IWTAs) and support new business activities, including proposal inputs for material pricing. Compliance with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures and use of SAP and PO Folders systems are required. The position emphasizes purposeful innovation, integrity, and corporate responsibility.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, or data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to complete placement and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Generate and maintain Internal Work Transfer Authorizations (IWTAs)
  • Support new business activities, including proposal inputs for material pricing and Basis of Estimates
  • Compliance with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures and other Command Media
  • Use of SAP, PO Folders systems
  • Must be a US Citizen

Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator. In this role, you will complete placement and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders, from pre-award solicitation, to selection of supplier, negotiation of price, schedule and terms and conditions, administration of subcontracts including funding, invoices and modifications, through final delivery and contrast closeout. Generate and maintain Internal Work Transfer Authorizations (IWTAs) in support of various programs. Support new business activities, including proposal inputs for material pricing and Basis of Estimates. Compliance with Acquisition Procedures and other Command Media and use of SAP, PO Folders systems are required. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
