Alpha Affiliates, a leading iGaming partner program since 2012, is seeking a Support Agent. This role involves direct player communication via chat and email, managing KYC document checks, forwarding VIP customer communications, and monitoring JIRA requests. Good To Have:
- Knowledge of German

Must Have:
- Direct communication with players via chat & email
- Check-up of client documents necessary for KYC procedures & other ongoing requests
- Forwarding any VIP-customer communications to necessary departments
- Monitoring platform requests in JIRA & acting on them
- Strong English and Russian verbal and written communication skills (preferably C1+)
- Good communication skills
