Job Objective:

Lead the technological strategy of information systems, ensuring the correct implementation, operation, and evolution of SAP S/4 HANA and other systems, in line with business objectives.

This role drives technological transformation through continuous innovation and improvement, generating value across the organization securely and efficiently.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal areas to ensure process integration.
• Supervise the development of internal technological solutions (reports, interfaces, automation).
• Define system usage, security, and maintenance policies.
• Manage the application development and support team.
• Evaluate new technologies that optimize operational and financial processes.
• Ensure continuous team training in key tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate effective technological solutions.
• Work with other teams globally.

Experience, skills and knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• More than 8 years of experience leading technological projects.
• English level: C1. Fluent to participate in international video conferences.
• Demonstrable experience in ERP implementation (SAP).
• Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of databases, systems integration.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity (desirable).
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic thinking.
• Effective communication.
• Results orientation.
• Adaptability to change.
