Lead the technological strategy of information systems, ensuring the correct implementation, operation, and evolution of SAP S/4 HANA and other systems, in line with business objectives. This role drives technological transformation through continuous innovation and improvement, generating value across the organization securely and efficiently.

  • Manage the application development and support team.
  • Evaluate new technologies that optimize operational and financial processes.
  • Ensure continuous team training in key tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate effective technological solutions.
  • Work with global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
  • Over 8 years of experience leading technology projects.
  • C1 English level, fluent for international video conferences.
  • Demonstrable experience in ERP (SAP) implementation.
  • Proficiency in Office.
  • Knowledge of databases and systems integration.

Job Objective:

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and evolution of the SAP S/4 HANA system.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and internal areas to ensure process integration.
  • Supervise the development of internal technological solutions (reports, interfaces, automation).
  • Define system usage, security, and maintenance policies.
  • Manage the application development and support team.
  • Evaluate new technologies that optimize operational and financial processes.
  • Ensure continuous team training in key tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate effective technological solutions.
  • Work with other teams globally.

Experience, skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
  • More than 8 years of experience leading technological projects.
  • English level: C1. Fluent to participate in international video conferences.
  • Demonstrable experience in ERP implementation (SAP).
  • Office proficiency.
  • Knowledge of databases, systems integration.
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity (desirable).
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Effective communication.
  • Results orientation.
  • Adaptability to change.
