The talent team is composed of a diverse group of full-cycle talent partners spread out across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and India. This role forms part of the UK/Europe Business Area Talent Acquisition organisation and reports to the Head of TA UK/Europe. You will need to be comfortable working in a remote-first and fast-changing environment. There is a lot of freedom to create, innovate and have a high impact on how Tide attracts talent.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment delivery for Tide’s UK/Europe business, covering high-volume go-to-market, operations, and support hiring. This role holds responsibility for both strategic workforce planning and day-to-day hiring execution, ensuring the organisation continues to attract and select exceptional talent at scale within a high-growth, fast-changing environment. In this role you will build credibility as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, offering data-driven recommendations and structured guidance in ambiguous or complex hiring scenarios. A key focus will be developing a high-performing team of Talent Partners and elevating the overall TA function through innovation, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on candidate experience.
