Starkflow seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale its recruitment team. This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, team management, and talent delivery. Reporting to the founder, responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, process optimization, hiring execution, mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring goals, managing client relationships, and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate must possess experience in staffing agencies or HR firms, managing teams, and driving hiring success, ideally with US-IT staffing experience and international market expertise.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our recruitment team. This role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on execution, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, team management, and talent delivery. The role would include directly reporting to the founder and will involve strategic workforce planning, process optimization, and hiring execution. The ideal candidate must have experience in staffing agencies or HR firms, working closely with founders or senior leadership, and a strong background in managing teams and driving hiring success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across multiple roles and industries.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring demands, job specifications, and market trends.
  • Ensure high-quality talent delivery by implementing strategic sourcing, pipeline management, and hiring best practices.
  • US-IT staffing experience is highly preferred, with expertise in sourcing and placing candidates in international markets.

Team Management

  • Mentor, lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring goals.
  • Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch.
  • Track and evaluate team performance, KPIs, and recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and success.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, driving motivation, accountability, and professional growth within the team.

Client Engagement & Talent Delivery

  • Serve as a client-facing talent acquisition expert, ensuring hiring expectations and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
 

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition; with staffing agency or HR company experience in the last year (mandatory).

Recruitment Expertise: Experience in hiring, preferably for US-IT staffing.

KPI Management: Strong ability to track team performance, hiring efficiency, and recruitment success metrics.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Experience in client-facing roles, working directly with founders and hiring managers.

Industry Exposure: Hiring experience across India, US, and other global locations is an added advantage.

Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to drive discussions, and negotiate hiring terms.
