Job Description:
Likewize is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at global Headquarters in Southlake, TX. In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting and hiring talent across our US and Canada operations. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting to offer, while building partnerships with hiring managers and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and align with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand needs, advise on hiring strategies and provide insights from market trends, compensation data, and talent availability.
- Oversee open positions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), posting vacancies, maintaining candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by developing relationships with external sources, job boards, and networking channels.
- Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and manage pre-hire processes including background checks and employment verification.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Law, FMLA, EEO, OFCCP, and other federal and state regulations.
- Support other People Team initiatives as needed, jumping in wherever help is required to deliver on projects, programs, and day-to-day priorities.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
- Strong experience with Workday, MS Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven success in sourcing talent through multiple channels including online, platforms, networking, employee referrals, and events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of US Employment Law and HR best practices.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship nor or in the future.
