The specialist will be responsible for implementing creative recruitment strategies, actively sourcing top talent, and acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. Key responsibilities include delivering a first-rate candidate experience and contributing to process improvements and the company's People Strategy.
Must have:
  • Proven direct sourcing experience in agency or in-house, with creative initiatives for diverse candidate attraction
  • Experienced in service delivery and client solutions
  • Great communication skills and ability to influence at the highest level
  • Fluency in English and German (ideally also Dutch)
  • Problem solving and “can do” attitude
  • Open to change & flexible mind-set
  • Team player
Good to have:
  • Use of recruitment tools, understanding of data integrity; experience with Workday
  • Experience working in a matrix multinational company and with works councils
  • A strong academic background and a love of science and discovery
  • Knowledge of German Labour Law

About the role

We’re looking for a TA Specialist (m/f/d) who loves to recruit with the skills, experience, and drive to recruit for a wide variety of complex roles based throughout Europe.

You will be part of a global Talent Attraction team with a dynamic working environment packed with supportive colleagues who are genuinely passionate about what they do.

As recruiter, you will contribute to the achievement of our People Strategy across the Company.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Using a creative approach, you will deliver the best talent to the business in multiple locations;
  • Fully understand every element of the roles you are responsible for and their respective business units. Partnering with other stakeholders, you will utilize this comprehensive knowledge and tools to actively source the right people for the business;
  • Act as a strategic advisor to your hiring managers in creating the right recruitment strategy for any given role, ensuring on-going constructive dialogue, support and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process whilst proactively managing any challenges and offering creative solutions;
  • Delivering a first-rate candidate experience;
  • Support local and global initiatives in driving process improvements – actively contribute your own ideas as to how we can improve talent attraction and engagement;
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with your colleagues in TA, HR and other teams within the business;
  • Contribute to both regional and global strategic talent acquisition projects as required;
  • Adapts the global HR standards to the regional / country level (based on local statutory requirements).

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven direct sourcing experience working in an agency or in-house with experience of creative initiatives to identify and attract high quality candidates embracing diversity, equity and inclusion;
  • Experienced at service delivery and client solutions focused;
  • Great communication skills and an ability to influence at the highest level;
  • Fluency in English and German (ideally also Dutch);
  • Problem solving and “can do” attitude;
  • Open to change & flexible mind-set;
  • Team player.

Desirable

The position is offered at our Heidelberg, Berlin or Dordrecht offices on a hybrid working model, on a full-time and permanent basis.
