Job Description
The role leads our operations across APEI region includes market (Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and China). This executive will be responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer success across the region. The role encompasses full P&L ownership, leadership of Sales and Services, and accountability for delivering sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the regional strategy aligned with global corporate objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand presence and drive growth.
- Represent the region in global executive forums, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy.
2. Sales & Services Leadership
- Lead high-performing Sales and Services teams to exceed revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on long-term partnerships and value delivery.
- Drive go-to-market innovation, including channel strategy, enterprise sales, and service delivery models.
3. Operational & Financial Management
- Own the full P&L for the region, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Optimize operational efficiency, resource allocation, and cost management.
- Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. People & Culture
- Build, inspire, and retain a diverse and high-performing team.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with global HR and talent strategies.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the senior-most representative of the company in the region.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a senior executive with P&L responsibility in a multinational environment.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Services, or General Management, ideally within the technology, services, or industrial sectors.
- Deep understanding of the APEI market landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
