Job Description
The job involves managing the production of TCG (Trading Card Games) and related merchandise, including product planning, schedule and quality control, specification adjustments and negotiations with printing and manufacturing companies, and promotional planning and execution. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and communicating effectively within the team. The goal is to contribute to the company's vision of 'esports for the next 100 years'.
Good To Have:
- Practical experience in planning, production, and production management related to trading card games.
- Understanding as a TCG player and experience in events and store operations.
- Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Basic operation skills of Office software.
Must Have:
- High interest and understanding of own IP and VTuber business.
- Practical experience in MD planning/progress management.
- Experience in operating EC sites.

【主な業務内容】
・TCGおよび関連グッズの商品企画・進行管理（企画立案、スケジュール・品質管理等）
・印刷、製造会社との仕様調整および折衝、制作ディレクション
・社内外関係者との調整、交渉、情報共有
・プロモーション施策の企画・提案・実行（販売促進・キャンペーン等）
・制作を進めるためのチームメンバーとのコミュニケーション、各種調整等
必須スキル
・自社IPやVTuber事業への高い関心・理解をお持ちの方
・MD企画/進行管理の実務経験
・ECサイトの運用経験
歓迎スキル
・トレーディングカードゲームに関する企画・制作・生産管理などの実務経験
・TCGプレイヤーとしての理解や、大会・店舗運営など現場経験
・Adobeツール（Photoshop／Illustrator）
・Officeソフトの基本操作スキル
