- Manage daily workflows, including clock-in/clock-out schedules, task distribution, scheduling needs, administrative matters and progress tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
- Synthesize team feedback and ideas into clear, actionable project tasks and priorities within internal systems, ensuring balanced workloads, timely delivery, and alignment with overall project goals and organizational objectives.
- Apply quality control methods and review processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency, while continuously updating and improving training materials and onboarding resources to support new hires and ongoing team development.
- Facilitate communication between local and international (including US-based) project groups to ensure alignment and information flow. This includes reporting project status, milestones, risks, and achievements to leadership in a clear and timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Language Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in linguistic operations, annotation, translation, or related project management.
- 1–2 years in a coordination or leadership role managing diverse teams or multi-market workflows.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of linguistic workflows, annotation standards, and quality assurance methods.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-cultural and international collaboration.
- Proficiency with workflow tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to translate technical requirements and feedback into clear, actionable plans.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in project delivery.
- Adaptable, quick learner with interest in new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one European/foreign language; multilingual candidates preferred.
