Job Description

The Team Leader at Mecca will be responsible for creating unforgettable customer experiences by leading, supporting, and motivating their team to deliver exceptional service. This role involves managing shifts, fostering strong colleague relationships, and ensuring a welcoming and energetic environment. The leader will empower their team to achieve great results while maintaining a customer-centric approach and a fun, rewarding workplace.
