This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of lead generation processes and tools. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing a team, developing strategies, identifying market opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing, overseeing lead qualification, and analyzing metrics.

Must Have

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead sourcing channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Gem or Tendors.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes.
  • 5 to 12 years of experience in lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
