Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing a team, developing strategies, identifying market opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing, overseeing lead qualification, and analyzing metrics.
Must Have
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead sourcing channels like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Gem or Tendors.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business strategy.
- Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
