LSEG is seeking a dynamic and inclusive Team Leader/Manager in Gdynia to lead a team of 10-14 staff. This role involves overseeing order preparation, order management, and billing for specific segment customers within the RMA EMEA Sale Order Management team. The manager will drive operational efficiency, ensure data quality, manage team performance through mentoring and coaching, handle customer concerns, and foster continuous improvement. Flexible timings are required to support teams and stakeholders effectively.
Good To Have:
  • Support senior resources to enhance technical skills like SQL, RPA, Python, R, Power Platform.
  • ITIL & PMP Certification for applicable talent.
  • University degree and/or professional qualification or relevant work experience.
  • About 3 - 5 years of experience in an operation, customer service, and understanding of order management team.
  • Understanding of Sales and Order management and billing processes.
Must Have:
  • Operational management, driving efficiency by removing waste and non-value add tasks.
  • Ensuring data quality, completeness, timeliness, and service metrics are met.
  • Monitoring scorecards and WIP dashboards, meeting targets.
  • Handling team management activities, monitoring performance, timely feedback, mentoring & coaching.
  • Ensuring all customer concerns/issues are handled appropriately.
  • Continuing people leader engagement, talent review, skill matrix reviews & Training Calendars.
  • Focusing on quality of order processing with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Identifying and evaluating the organization's risk exposure, mitigating and handling unacceptable risks.
  • Monitoring, tracking, documenting, and reporting Risk Events regularly.
  • Fostering a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes, systems, and tools.
  • Ability to lead a team independently.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work as a team.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate prioritization and escalation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to perform effectively under time pressure and meet strict deadlines.

This role requires flexible timings to better support our teams and stakeholders.### Key responsibilities:* Operational management, drive efficiency by removing waste and non-value add tasks, create capacity – Use FMEA, Value Stream, Deep Dives etc.* Connect with compliance team for reduction of system issues raised as CTT* Ensures data quality, completeness, timeliness and service metrics are met as well as monitoring scorecards and WIP dashboards, meeting the targets* Handles team management activities, monitor performance, timely feedback, mentoring & coaching* Ensures all customer concerns/issues are handled appropriately* Continue people leader engagement, talent review, skill matrix reviews & Training Calendars* Support senior resources to enhance technical skills like SQL, RPA, Python, R, Power Platform etc. ITIL & PMP Certification for applicable talent* Focus on quality of order processing with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness* Risk Management Related Activities* Uses appropriate methodologies, tools and techniques to identify and evaluate the organisation's risk exposure, mitigating and handling against unacceptable risks.
