Participate in art reviews to help identify technical lighting concerns and risks.

3+ yrs of experience as a Lighting Artist, or Technical Lighting Artist having worked through at least one full AAA production cycle.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine lighting and rendering systems.
Lighting performant spaces while developing platform scalable setups.
Understanding of physically based rendering, lighting, and shading techniques.
Working knowledge of processes and procedures used in the development of realtime art.
Plusses
Profiling experience in Pix, RenderDoc, or Unreal native tools
Demonstrable knowledge of color theory, composition in the round, and telling a story with light.
Familiarity working with HDR, Tonemapping, and Wide Color Gamuts.
Developing shaders in both node networks and code such as HLSL
