Job Description

Whiteboard Games is seeking a Senior VFX and Technical Artist to join the development of a next-gen video game. Responsibilities include developing shaders, particles, and visual effects, collaborating with other artists, estimating tasks, and participating in weekly planning meetings. The ideal candidate should possess experience in published video games, knowledge of Unity Render Pipeline, HLSL, and the ability to adapt to different art styles. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, utilizing Discord for voice communication and Clockify for time tracking. Applicants should have an updated portfolio and intermediate English proficiency.

  • Experience in multiple platforms.
  • Ability to develop reusable content libraries.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Argentine citizenship.
  • Native Spanish proficiency.

Whiteboard Games is looking for Senior VFX and Technical Artists from Argentina to join the production of a next-gen (PC, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series S/X) videogame title.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop shaders, particles, and visual effects in general.
  • Work as a team with other artists and professionals from various areas.
  • Estimate tasks while taking into account dependencies and possible delays.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings (Sprints).

Requirements to apply:

  • Updated portfolio, to be presented as part of the postulation.
  • Control and knowledge of tools like Amplify Shader Editor or Unity Shader Graph.
  • Control and knowledge of Unity Render Pipeline.
  • Knowledge of HLSL.
  • Ability to adapt to different artstyles, as needed by each project.
  • Experience in published videogames.
  • Experience in multiple platforms (PC, Consoles, Mobile).
  • Ability to develop content as libraries for reusing in future projects.
  • Intermediate level of English or higher.
  • Be an Argentine citizen.
  • Native level of Spanish.
