Must Have

• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Solid commercial Unity3D, C#, graphics and animation programming experience
• Native application development (Android + iOS)
• Programming for Augmented and Virtual Reality
• Align on goals, scope, priorities, and roadmap across workstreams
• Identify and manage project risks
• Be client-facing, communicating plans and ensuring delivery with external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with the technical team to formulate, design and implement technical solutions, contributing code
• Help refine and optimise operational processes

• Strong technical fluency in building scalable interactive content, with the ability to contribute robust technical solutions where needed.
• Excellent leadership skills, able to proactively drive teams towards solutions, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Solid commercial Unity3D, C#, graphics and animation programming experience
