Technical Lead

This role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of application-specific data models within a large-scale enterprise data cloud. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance, designing consumption data models, and optimizing data architecture. The Technical Lead will also guide and mentor engineering teams, plan activities, and ensure timely project delivery, driving innovation and alignment with enterprise data strategy across global operations. Must Have

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of application-specific data models in enterprise data cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data quality, security, and compliance.
• Design consumption data models for diverse target systems and optimize data architecture.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, plan activities, and ensure timely project delivery.

• 9-15 years of experience in enterprise data cloud/data hub projects.
• 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, security.
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large teams.

• 9–15 years of experience in enterprise data cloud/data hub projects with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, security, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience managing large teams.
• Preferred: Google Cloud certifications and exposure to ETL tools, BigQuery, and functional domains like HR, Finance, Sales.
