Technical Product Strategist, Agentic Commerce

The Apple Store Online team is seeking a Technical Product Strategist, Agentic Commerce to drive the roadmap and development of innovative e-commerce experiences. This role focuses on shaping the technical roadmap for agentic experiences, collaborating with various partners to deliver magical customer interactions. Responsibilities include assessing the agentic commerce landscape, developing infrastructure roadmaps, and program managing key integrations.

Must Have

• Assessment of the agentic commerce technical landscape and identification of key technical trends
• Development of a product/capabilities roadmap for the infrastructure and tooling required to enable key agentic experiences
• Program management for key agentic integrations and projects
• 7+ years of proven experience in Technical Product Management/Strategy, Technical Program Management, and/or Engineering Management
• Deep understanding and experience designing and building complex, large scale, multi-tenant systems; expertise in designing for scale
• Experience collaborating with business partners on large operational projects from ideation to execution
• Familiarity with agentic commerce implementations and market trends
• BS in Computer Science or a technical degree or equivalent

• MS in Computer Science or other technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience working in technology consulting, technology strategy, and/or a product development role
• Self-directed, highly agile with outstanding organizational skills, able to work in high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical skills, comfort working in an ambiguous environment, and ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a focus on storytelling and an ability to craft the narrative to influence team members
• Skilled at resource balancing and conflict management, constantly driving what matters and cutting through ambiguity

This role will focus on shaping the technical roadmap to support agentic experiences both internally and externally. Help us lead the exploration, prioritization and development of some of the most innovative e-commerce capabilities. You will will work closely with Engineering, Digital Experience, Operations, Commercial partners and more to meet business needs and deliver magical experience for our customers.

Key Qualifications

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
