This full-cycle role involves partnering with engineering leadership to drive best-in-class hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-growth environments, excelling in stakeholder management, creative sourcing, and delivering high-quality technical hires in a fast-paced startup setting. The role also requires a deep understanding of the AI market and technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle technical recruiter in high-growth environments. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, creative sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup setting.

The cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

_Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
