Objetivo del puesto: Atender llamadas inbound y generar llamadas outbound tanto de nuestros usuarios como de no usuarios. Dar atención oportuna a los requerimientos recibidos por medio de correo, formularios de páginas web y redes sociales. Apoyar a usuarios de Solución Integral.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:
- Proporcionar información de nuestra propuesta editorial al público usuario y no usuario.
- Dar seguimiento a requerimientos y generar una comunicación efectiva con su equipo de ventas.
- Trabajo en conjunto con los representantes de la zona asignada para el logro de los objetivos.
- Generar reportes para cada representante, supervisor y gerente de ventas.
- Captura de información en Nexus
Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos
Esenciales/Excluyentes:
- 1 año mínimo de experiencia en ventas telefónicas o atención al cliente
- Manejo de MS Office
- Excelente ortografía y redacción
- Manejo de CRM
- Excelente servicio al cliente
- Trabajo en equipo
- Adaptabilidad
- Que vive en CDMX y/o área Metropolitana
