As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities, as well as closing deals through the Channel. You will meet sales quotas through upselling, add-on sales, and cross-selling. Responsibilities include managing a defined territory, identifying C-level decision-makers, ensuring customer needs are met with Autodesk solutions, achieving sales targets, delivering executive presentations, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to grow sales and market share.
Must Have
- Native Polish speaker with fluent English
- Proven sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry
- Strong negotiation skills and experience selling to C-level executives
Good to Have
- Background in design and manufacturing engineering is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage

Job Description
Position Overview
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities, as well as closing deals through the Channel. You will meet sales quotas through upselling, add-on sales, and cross-selling, reporting to the Territory Sales Hub Manager and collaborating closely with the Inside Sales Team, Partner Management, and Channel Partners to achieve quarterly and annual goals.

Responsibilities
- Manage a defined territory, generating and closing deals by developing existing accounts and building account plans
- Identify C-level decision-makers and influencers, along with their business needs, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure customer needs are understood and addressed by clearly articulating how Autodesk solutions accelerate their business outcomes
- Achieve sales targets by managing opportunities and forecasting accurately
- Deliver high-quality executive presentations and discovery workshops
- Collaborate with your “pit crew” — including Customer Success, License Compliance, and the Technical Sales Team — to grow sales and gain market share
- Engage cross-functional teams such as presales, consultants, field sales, partners, and services to maximize customer value
Minimum Qualifications
- Native Polish speaker with fluent English

Preferred Qualifications
