Test Analyst

We are looking for a Tester for our digital team to help improve the quality and stability of B2B digital processes in the telco environment. We manage a portfolio of B2B services and workflows used daily by corporate customers – from self-service portals to internal applications. Our goal is for everything to run smoothly, quickly, and reliably. You will perform user and acceptance tests, identify bugs, prepare test data, and collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management.

Must Have

• Perform user and acceptance tests (UAT) to verify process functionality for end and corporate customers.
• Identify and catch bugs before they reach clients.
• Prepare test data and contribute to specification creation.
• Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management.
• Manage bugs, prioritize them, and ensure successful resolution.
• Test in a telecommunications environment, focusing on system and process integration.
• Test in a telco segment environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with automation.
• Knowledge of telco environment and working with Oracle Siebel CRM.

In our digital team, we are looking for a Tester who will help us improve the quality and stability of B2B digital processes in the telco environment. We take care of a entrusted portfolio of B2B services and workflows that corporate customers use daily – from self-service portals to internal applications.

What you will do with us:

• Perform user and acceptance tests (UAT) and verify that processes function correctly from the perspective of both end and corporate customers.
• Find and catch bugs before they reach clients.
• Prepare test data and also participate in the creation of the assignment itself.
• Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management.
• Manage bugs, determine their priority, and see them through to successful resolution.
• Test in an environment typical for telecommunications, where the interconnectedness of systems and processes plays a major role.
• Test in an environment typical for the telco segment – ideally with experience with the Siebel system.

What do we expect?

• Minimally 2 years of experience in testing (manual or combined).
• Ability to design tests and orientation in testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL at least at the level of joins for data work and test evaluation.
• Experience with designing approaches for various types of tests – integration, UAT, performance, etc.
• Experience with at least one testing tool – JIRA, HP ALM, TestLink, Bugzilla, or another.
• Experience with automation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the telco environment and working with Oracle Siebel CRM is a great advantage.
