Total Rewards Accountant

Join Apple's Finance organization as a Total Rewards Accountant within Global Business Solutions. This role focuses on Total Rewards benefits and compensation processes, driving efficiencies through innovation and global alignment. You will maintain high standards of controls and compliance, partner with corporate and regional teams, and enhance the customer experience for stakeholders. The position involves active participation in automation initiatives to add value to the global team and H2R.

Must Have

• Support USGAAP close, analysis & reporting for all total rewards accounting processes
• Business partnering with CFP&A, Payroll Tax & Ops teams & Technical Accounting to ensure alignment with financial accuracy and adherence to all AFP’s & ICAT controls
• JV preparation & accuracy, identify batching and automation opportunities
• Substantiate any flux and prepare BS reconciliations in accordance with defined purpose & methodologies
• Own at least one global task for the TRA team and execute to a high standard
• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Strong SAP & excel skills
• USGAAP & Local GAAP experience

Good to Have

• Experience with Dataiku
• Part or qualified accountant preferred

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Strong SAP & excel skills, experience of Dataiku and advantage
• USGAAP & Local GAAP experience

• Part or qualified accountant preferred
