Job Summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Training Support Advisor in Sydney, Australia, to organize and coordinate training events for its Maritime products. Must Have

  • Assist Maritime Training Lead with training delivery integration.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for training outcomes.
  • Serve as point of contact for project training inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate project training meetings.
  • Assess training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training materials content library.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Applicable training qualifications in administration, training, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in project training support or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Moodle, Aquilla).
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into project documentation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance.

Anduril Australia is seeking a Training Support Advisor to organize and coordinate training events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for our Maritime products (including Robot Submarines!) and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to develop training agendas and materials tailored to customer needs and align with organizational goals. This position requires a self-motivated advisor who can foster trust and collaboration with customers and Anduril teammates through effective communication and follow-through. The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and development, adaptable to changing needs, and committed to delivering high-quality training solutions for Anduril’s customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist the Maritime Training Lead to organize and coordinate the training delivery to integrate with customer Fundamental Inputs to Capability.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for training outcomes and future planning
  • Serve as a point of contact for project training inquiries, facilitating communication between project teams and external partners.
  • Schedule and coordinate project training meetings, preparing agendas and distributing materials to participants
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making recommendations as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a content library of training materials and records
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Applicable training qualifications in administration, training, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in a project training support role or administrative capacity, preferably in technical domains
  • Knowledge of Defence project governance is advantageous
  • Capability for limited travel for regional training delivery throughout the year
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Moodle, Aquilla)
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand project documentation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging learning experiences
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
