As a ValueOps Sales Specialist at Broadcom’s Agile Operations division, you will drive new sales of ValueOps solutions to existing and new customers. Partnering with regional sales teams and solution engineering, you will be responsible for delivering business value by helping enterprise leaders tackle disconnected teams, tools, and value streams. This role involves understanding enterprise software development, DevOps tooling, and customer delivery challenges to demonstrate how ConnectALL eliminates silos and provides end-to-end visibility across value streams. You will scope, negotiate, and close contracts, establish relationships with key executives, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption.
Must have:

As a member of Broadcom’s Agile Operations division, you will be a part of a strategically targeted specialist sales team. Partnering with our regional sales teams and solution engineering, this position will be responsible for driving new sales of our best of breed ValueOps solutions into a defined set of existing customers and new customers. We’re looking for experienced sales professionals with a strong sense of ownership and accountability who want to make an impact delivering business value for our clients.

This position must be seen by the customer as growing our partnership in terms of relationships, product knowledge, and value creation. As a Sales Specialist for ValueOps you’ll be responsible for delivering new customers in a defined named account territory. Including:

  • Use your understanding of enterprise software development, DevOps tooling, and customer delivery challenges to show how ConnectALL helps eliminate silos, connect fragmented toolchains, and deliver end-to-end visibility across value streams.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close contracts to exceed all bookings and revenue targets.
  • Establish access and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers including the Head of Operations, CFO, CIO, CTO, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (Core Sales Team, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Product Management & Marketing) to drive product adoption in target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account plans.
  • Regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership.
  • Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay updated.
  • Coordinate requirements for proof of concept (PoCs) with Sales Engineers and Product Management.

To qualify for this position, you will:

  • 12+ years in enterprise software sales, including 5+ years selling integration or automation solutions.
  • Experienced in helping large organizations eliminate toolchain silos, improve flow in software development and delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Consistently achieving quota
  • Effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Desire to understand and evangelize ValueOps and Broadcom’s distinct differentiators.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Devotion to continual personal sales development, customer service, and follow-up.
  • The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required.
  • The ability to work with and navigate a variety of internal groups.
  • An understanding of Tasktop, MuleSoft or Workato preferred.
  • Travel required as necessary
  • Remote based position reporting to VP Sales
