We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Verification Team Leader to join us and lead our verification team and play a major role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our cutting-edge products for the connectivity industry.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of 5-7 verification engineers
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and strategies for complex hardware designs
• Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and firmware engineers to deeply understand the specifications.

What You'll Need:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+yrs of proven experience in VLSI chip Verification engineering, with a focus on high-end SoC
• 3+ years of leadership experience in verification projects
• Proven experience in Ethernet standards- an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong motivating and mentorship skills to guide and inspire team members towards achieving exceptional performance
• Strong proficiency in System Verilog and UVM
