The Version Operations Manager will independently manage the entire version release process, from scheduling and testing to deployment and publishing, ensuring comprehensive oversight. This role involves coordinating with various internal technical teams to prepare products, integrate components and platforms, and build operational tool backends. Responsibilities also include overseeing the full version testing lifecycle, generating performance optimization reports, and driving the implementation of R&D-side adjustments. Furthermore, the manager will optimize departmental execution processes, establish standards, enhance management tools, and improve overall team efficiency.
Must have:
  • Independently manage version release processes including testing, deployment, submission, and publishing.

1. Independently output and follow up on various testing, deployment, submission, and release processes of versions according to R&D version scheduling, and coordinate version releases.

2. Coordinate internal technical teams to complete product technical preparations, component and platform integration, and operation tool backend construction.

3. Responsible for the entire version testing process, output performance optimization reports, and promote the implementation of R&D-side optimization.

4. Optimize execution processes across departments, formulate specifications, optimize management tools, and improve team efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of relevant experience in the gaming industry.

2. Experienced the complete launch and version iteration of at least one game; experience in version operations/performance optimization is preferred.

3. Possess data analysis capabilities and can perform user analysis to provide effective suggestions to R&D.

4. Rich gaming experience, familiar with the characteristics of FPS game player groups.

5. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong stress resistance, diligence, and responsibility, and be able to advance plans in complex situations involving multiple parties.
