Video editor with 2-3 years of experience, proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong understanding of video editing principles and experience creating high-quality video content. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities
- Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
- A keen eye for cinematography. Should help out with the camera work and lighting.
- Plan the shooting schedule with the Industry and help with the various pre-production activities like sets/ props and script
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity
- Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format
- Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running to create rough and final cuts
- Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process
- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
- Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to the business specifications
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industrys best practices to maximize efficiency
- Creative mind in filmmaking and videography
- Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
- Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of Infographics and Motions Graphics
- Technical skills requirement: Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
- Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- 2-3 years of experience in video editing
- Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography or a related field
