We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our creative team. As an individual in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting partnership campaigns and activations for various brands and sports properties. You will be responsible for bringing concepts to life and creating top-notch marketing materials using your editing skills and creativity.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with different editing styles, digital trends, and social platform best practices
• A compelling portfolio showcasing high-energy and storytelling content
• Ability to rotoscope, track, and animate
• Excellent understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Strong organizational skills to manage project files, assets, and media according to established workflows
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• An ear for music and an understanding of its impact in videos
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Resourcefulness and the ability to find new techniques and problem-solve
• Knowledge and passion for the sports sector (bonus)
