Videographer

Humanitarian Operations is urgently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to start immediately. The role involves editing short-form and long-form video content for social platforms, cutting and arranging footage, adding motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and syncing audio. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the creative team, manage project files, and demonstrate strong storytelling skills to meet tight deadlines.

Must Have

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Cut, trim, and arrange footage to create compelling narratives
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
• Sync audio, add music, sound effects, and subtitles
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency
• Manage project files and raw footage
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating recent editing work
• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Availability to start Immediately

Good to Have

• After Effects or other motion graphics experience
• Knowledge of trending formats for YouTube, TikTok, Reels
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
