Job Description
ENILIS Co., Ltd. is looking for a Content Director to work with a variety of character IPs to create entertainment and deliver it to many fans. You will not only maximize the appeal of existing IPs but also create new possibilities for character IPs by planning and executing projects from scratch. After gaining sufficient experience as a Content Director, you can challenge a wide range of positions, such as a lead position that oversees the content of a project or a business planning role. The job involves planning streaming content, managing social media (X and TikTok), planning and editing videos for SNS posting (cutout videos, short videos), communicating with external stakeholders, and scheduling.
Must have:
- Experience in content direction in the entertainment industry.
- Skills in video production tools such as Premiere and After Effects.
- Experience in planning SNS operation measures.
- Experience in dealing with external parties.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
- Skills in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Deep knowledge and interest in the entertainment industry (music/games/anime).

仕事内容
・配信コンテンツ企画立案
・SNS運用(X運用、TikTok運用)
・SNS投稿用動画の企画及び編集(切り抜き動画、ショート動画)
・社外関係者との連絡・交渉・折衝
・スケジュール調整業務
必須スキル
・エンタメ業界でのコンテンツディレクションの経験
・Premiere、After Effects等の動画制作ツールスキル
・SNS運用施策の企画経験
・社外との折衝経験
歓迎スキル
