Act as a third-level expert technical operations team to support point-of-arrival products, ensuring long-term stability for customers. Support the organization with technical expertise in prioritized projects and collaborate with second-line support, development, infrastructure, cloud, network teams, and incident managers. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based infrastructure solutions for high availability, performance, and security; developing and managing automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform; utilizing GitHub for version control; monitoring system performance and troubleshooting; providing on-call support; collaborating with various teams; and creating documentation.
