What you will be doing:
- you will help us manage software license requirements from the Axel Springer Group for large volume license agreements with Microsoft, Adobe, and SAP
- you will monitor software usage and ensure software compliance using various tools
- you will actively communicate with all stakeholders in the process, e.g., internal customers, software manufacturers, purchasing, and IT service providers
- you will support IT projects and contribute your knowledge to technical challenges
What you bring:
- you have very good knowledge of the Office 365 Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- you are interested in learning more about software licenses, licensing models and metrics, as well as software contracts and understanding the connections
- you bring technical understanding and a quick grasp to familiarize yourself with new topics
